Matthew Wagner

Matthew Wagner is currently the Director of Technical Support at Xobee Networks since October 2023. Wagner has been with BCT Consulting, Inc. since June 2016, where responsibilities have included serving as System Administrator and gaining experience as Senior System Administrator and Small Business Support Intern. In these roles, Wagner has overseen the maintenance, configuration, and management of client servers, workstations, network equipment, and IT infrastructure, both onsite and remotely, while also developing project proposals and understanding client needs. Educational qualifications include a degree from California State University, Fresno, completed between 2012 and 2017.
