Kasthuri Rangan Bhaskar is the Vice President of Products at BCT DIGITAL, overseeing a team of 10 Product Managers. With a focus on digital banking products in various domains, Kasthuri Rangan has successfully led key innovations in the lending value chain, customer retention, and regulatory sandbox testing. With a strong background in risk management from their time at Axis Bank, Kasthuri Rangan has also co-led successful GTM strategies and global partnerships. Kasthuri holds a Master's degree from the Indian Institute of Management and is a member of India FinTech Forum and ISACA.
