Jess Lopez has been in the workforce since 2009. In that time, they have held various roles at different companies. Jess began their career as a Teller at School's First Federal Credit Union in 2009. In 2010, they moved to Wells Fargo, where they held roles as a Quality Analyst, Operations Processor II, and Bank Teller. In 2016, they joined JetSuite as a Guest Services Executive Team (Client Experience Relationship Manager). In 2018, they were hired as a Project Manager at Tevora, where they were also the co-founder and Vice-Chair of the company's first employee-led Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council. Currently, Jess is a Business Analyst at BCT Partners, where they are a contracted employee and team member of the CORE leadership team for OIRM. Her responsibilities range from project management, implementing change management processes, cybersecurity/compliance, and customer engagement.
Jess Lopez is currently in the process of completing a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) at California State University-Dominguez Hills. Prior to this, they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Sociology from Irvine Valley College.
