Candi Richter Kramer

Candi Richter Kramer has extensive work experience in human resources, talent acquisition, and management. Candi is currently the EVP Global People Director at BCW Global, where they are responsible for global People projects and initiatives. Prior to this, they worked at Zeno Group as the VP HR and Recruitment, where they led HR and Talent Acquisition for various locations and served as a strategic HR business partner and advisor. Before that, they worked at McKinsey & Company, where they led talent acquisition efforts for the Supply Chain and Procurement practices. Candi has also held HR management positions at Grant Thornton South Africa, Web Africa, ooba, Cape Union Mart, and HSBC Private Bank. Candi's experience includes managing HR teams, implementing HR strategies and initiatives, and serving as a trusted advisor to senior management and leadership.

Candi Richter Kramer completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg from 1992 to 1994. Candi then pursued a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Psychology at Rand Afrikaans University in 1995.
