Marie Gordon

Marie Gordon has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Marie is currently the Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition at BCW Global since June 2019. Prior to this, Marie served as the Vice President of North American Talent Acquisition at Porter Novelli from July 2018 to June 2019. From April 2015 to July 2018, they worked as the Recruitment Director at Burson-Marsteller, where they led recruitment efforts for various practices across the US. Before that, Marie was the Recruitment Manager at Burson-Marsteller from November 2013 to 2015. Marie also has experience as a Senior Business Development Consultant at Profiles, where they managed and grew the Washington DC office. Earlier in their career, Marie worked as a Premise Sales Representative at Verizon Information Services and as an Executive Recruiter at Executive Placement Services.

Marie Gordon (She/Her/Hers) received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Maryland, completing their education from 1984 to 1988.
