Robyn Jacques

Robyn Jacques has a diverse background in human resources and operations management. From 2000 to 2006, they worked as the HR Manager at UCLA School of Law, overseeing various HR functions. They then transitioned to a role as a Human Resources and Risk Management Specialist at Investors’ Management Trust Residential, where they focused on strategic risk management planning and program development. In 2007, they became the Director of Operations at Houska Insurance before joining Hennington & Associates in 2008 as the Human Resources Manager. In this role, they provided guidance, training, and tactical support in all HR areas. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Human Resources at BD&J, PC.

Robyn Jacques has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from the University of New Orleans. Robyn also studied Engineering at the UC Berkeley College of Engineering and Human Resources Management and Services at UCLA. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including Certification Prep: SHRM-CP from Lynda.com Business, Human Resources Management - HRM from UCLA Anderson School of Management, and a Private Investigator's License from the Nevada Private Investigators Licensing Board. Robyn has also completed various courses related to Human Resources, Leadership, and Strategic Impact from Lynda.com Technology and Lynda.com Business.
