Koichiro Yasuda

Koichiro Yasuda serves as the Chairman and Managing Director of BDA Partners since February 2015, having previously held the title of Vice Chairman and Managing Director at the same firm. Yasuda has a diverse background in finance, including positions as Advisory Board Member at REIMEI GLOBAL ADVISORS PTE LTD. and Deutsche Bank, where responsibilities included Co-Head of M&A, Head of Global Banking, and Vice Chairman from 2006 to 2012. Additional experience includes roles as Managing Director at Merrill Lynch, Citi, and UBS Investment Bank, all focusing on M&A. Yasuda holds a Master of Arts in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Keio University, along with a Master of Arts in Economics from Yale University.
