Omor Faruque is a dedicated youth advocate with extensive experience across multiple organizations and initiatives. Currently serving as the Global Ambassador and an alumnus of The Martin Luther King, Jr. Center for Nonviolent Social Change, Omor has completed a 15-month course focused on business, entrepreneurship, and technology. In October 2023, Omor took on the role of Director of Events for the United Nations Dynamic Teen Coalition, while also actively participating in the UN Policy Network on Meaningful Access and serving as a board member of the Dynamic Teen Coalition. As the Head of Policy Team at the FXB Center for Health and Human Rights, Omor leads policy initiatives presented at international events like COP. Additional roles include Country Representative for the SAARC Youth Platform, Founder and President of Project OMNA, Generation Parliamentarian at UNICEF, Child Journalist at bdnews24.com, and National Coordinator with The Conscientization Movement. Omor is also involved in youth engagement efforts with Plan International Bangladesh. Education includes studies at various institutions, with ongoing attendance at Gurudayal Govt. College.
