Jane Couchman

Jane Couchman serves as the Partner and Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer at BDO in Australia since June 2025, where responsibilities include engaging with various stakeholders to drive growth strategies. Previously, Jane held the position of Strategy Associate at BDO from January 2018 to July 2021, supporting the Executive Leadership Team in implementing growth strategies. Prior experience includes roles as Business Relationship Manager at Queensland Rail, Director at PwC Australia, and Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, alongside earlier positions as Marketing Manager at the British Dental Association and Category Manager at Faulding Pharmaceuticals. Jane completed an MBA from Queensland University of Technology and participated in the Harvard-BDO Global Executive Leadership Program in 2024.
