Harri-Pekka Räty

Harri-Pekka Räty has a diverse work experience in management consulting and strategy roles. Harri-Pekka currently holds the position of Director of Strategy and Transformation at BDO Finland from December 2022 onwards. Prior to this, they worked at EY as a Tax Transformation Leader from November 2019 to November 2022. Before that, they were the Management Consulting Lead at Accenture, specializing in resources industries, from January 2018 to June 2019. Harri-Pekka has also had previous stints at EY and Accenture in various consulting and analyst roles, focusing on operating models and transformation programs.

Harri-Pekka Räty obtained a Master of Social Sciences degree in Economics from the University of Helsinki from 1995 to 2002. In 2019, they completed a Data Driven Consulting Executive Education virtual program at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
