Clay Kittrell is a seasoned HR professional with over two decades of experience in various HR roles and consulting, specializing in HR transformation and Talent Management for Fortune 250 companies. Previously serving as a Senior Consultant at SSA Consultants and then as Human Resources Director at Entergy, they have successfully led numerous strategic initiatives, including workforce planning and talent development. Currently, Kittrell is the Sr. Director of People & Culture at BDO USA and also serves on the Advisory Board for Tulane University’s School of Professional Advancement. In addition to their MBA from Purdue University, they are pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at the University of Florida.
