Marlène Crijns has extensive work experience in human resources, with their most recent position being at BDR Thermea Group as the HR Processes and Change Lead. In this role, they led the transformation process triggered by the implementation of the Workday system, focusing on standardizing global HR processes and managing change.

Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Economics from HAAGSE HOGE SCHOOL in the Netherlands.
