Marlène Crijns

Marlène Crijns has extensive work experience in human resources, with their most recent position being at BDR Thermea Group as the HR Processes and Change Lead. In this role, they led the transformation process triggered by the implementation of the Workday system, focusing on standardizing global HR processes and managing change.

Prior to this, Marlène worked at Robeco as a Senior HR Business Partner and HR Project Manager from 2018 to 2023. Marlène also served as a Senior HR Business Partner Europe at A.P. Moller - Maersk in 2017 and held various roles at Maersk Oil from 2012 to 2017, including Senior HR Business Partner and Senior Manager of Leadership Development.

Marlène's earlier experiences include roles at Ooredoo Kuwait as a Senior Manager in HRIS, Performance Management, and Manpower Planning from 2007 to 2012, as well as HR Manager positions at Oxxio, Getronics PinkRoccade, and PinkRoccade Finance from 2002 to 2007. Marlène began their career at Randstad as a Senior Associate Agent and Account Manager from 1990 to 1998.

Throughout their career, Marlène has demonstrated expertise in HR processes, project management, change management, and leadership development.

Marlène Crijns completed their education at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2000 to 2005, earning a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Culture, Organisation, and Management. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Economics from HAAGSE HOGE SCHOOL in the Netherlands.
