Laura Miller

Laura Miller has extensive experience in talent acquisition and staffing. Laura is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at BDS Connected Solutions, LLC. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at the same company.

Before joining BDS Connected Solutions, LLC, Laura worked at GMR Marketing for several years in various roles. Laura started as a Recruiter and then progressed to become a Senior Recruiter, Recruiting Supervisor, and eventually a Staffing Business Partner. In these roles, they were responsible for full-cycle recruitment, overseeing a team of recruiters, providing coaching and feedback, and implementing process improvements.

Laura also has experience as a Staffing Consultant at Express Employment Professionals, where they conducted high-volume recruitment and acquired new clients. Additionally, they worked at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point as a Job Fair Coordinator, where they organized job fairs and coordinated with employers and students.
