Bianca Gonzalez

Bianca Gonzalez has a diverse background in the food service industry, holding positions such as Sword Monkey at BD's Mongolian Grill since June 2021 and Manager at JZ Restaurants from September 2017 to March 2021. In the managerial role, Bianca engaged teams through effective communication and managed inventory coordination with back of house staff. Previous experience includes roles as a Cashier at Meijer, Quality Assurance at Chili's, and Teaching Assistant at the Cleveland Institute of Art.
