Caleb Kwok

Caleb Kwok is an Associate at BDT & MSD Partners, involved in M&A advisory and investing from a $14BN Fund IV, focusing on majority buyout and structured minority capital since January 2023. Previously, Caleb worked as an Associate at BDT & Company, LLC, providing advice and long-term capital to family- and founder-led businesses from July 2021 to January 2023. Caleb's earlier experience includes a role as a Senior Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company, where responsibilities spanned sectors including technology, financial services, and public sector operations, and leading campus recruiting initiatives. Caleb began a career in finance as a Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs, experiencing both the Asset Management and Finance Divisions. Caleb holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Penn State University and is a graduate of Hunter College High School.
