Alvaro Torronteras Juanes

Alvaro Torronteras Juanes has extensive work experience in the field of social media operations and management. Alvaro is currently serving as the Head of Social Media Operations at BE A LION since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Adglow for over a decade, holding various roles including Operations Manager and Senior Account Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for team management, HR functions, coordination with international teams, and campaign implementation and optimization. Before joining Adglow, Alvaro worked as a Spanish teacher at International House Madrid, where they taught Spanish to students of all levels.

Alvaro Torronteras Juanes attended the Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained a degree in Ciencias Políticas y de la Administración, with a focus on Ciencias políticas y gobierno. In 2018 to 2019, they pursued a Master's degree in Dirección de Recursos Humanos 3.0 at IEBS. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including the Cambridge Advanced Certificate in English from the British Council in 2011, the Curso de Capacitación para Observadores Electorales Internacionales de Corta Duración from the Escuela Diplomática de España in 2010, the Curso de Formación de Profesores de Español para Extranjeros (E/LE) from International House Madrid in 2008, and the Cambridge First Certificate in English from the British Council in 2005.
