Jessica Pearson

Jessica Pearson has a diverse work experience that spans various positions and industries. Jessica began their career as a Cocktail Mixologist and Shift Leader at Hilton Worldwide from October 2012 to July 2013, where they led a team and ensured excellent customer service. Jessica then worked as a Performer for Chaplains Pantos in November 2013, where they performed in a pantomime production and built relationships with primary schools.

In 2014, Jessica worked as a Cocktail Bartender at P&O Cruises, where they provided personalized service to passengers, conducted cocktail making classes and tastings, and showcased extensive product knowledge. Jessica also worked as a Voiceover Artist for CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing from December 2014 to January 2015, recording and editing voiceovers for online courses.

Continuing their career in the hospitality industry, Jessica joined Metropolitan Pub Company as a Holding Manager from August 2015 to August 2016. Jessica then joined Be At One Cocktail Bars, starting as an Assistant General Manager from August 2016 to August 2018, before being promoted to General Manager from September 2018 to August 2019. Jessica's role within the company evolved further, as they became the Learning and Development Manager from August 2019 to January 2022, responsible for training and development. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Training at Be At One Cocktail Bars, starting in January 2022.

In 2021, they obtained a Level 3 diploma in Coaching and Mentoring from the Chartered Management Institute. From 2009 to 2012, they attended the University of Cumbria, where they earned a Ba (hons) degree in Performing Arts.
