Nupur Dhandhania

Nupur D. has a diverse work experience. Nupur is currently a Product Manager, Technical Operations at Be Biopharma and a CMC Project Manager at Vertex Pharmaceuticals. Prior to that, they were a Senior Research Associate at SQZ Biotechnologies from 2018-2021, where they were responsible for design, implementation, and analysis of critical studies for manufacturing process development and regulatory submissions, as well as managing the manufacturing partner relationship and driving contractual vendor obligations. Nupur also served as a Member Board of Directors at the Brookfield Village Homeowner's Association from 2019-2021. Before that, they were a Research Associate at Novartis from 2016-2018 and an Associate Scientist at Merck from 2016-2018, where they supported development and characterization of drug formulations for use in early-stage clinical trials and conducted studies to mechanistically understand and de-risk observed formulation issues. Additionally, they were a Bio-Analytical Chemist at Molecular MS Diagnostics from 2014-2016, where they performed bio-analytical research on experimental pharmaceutical compounds and biological samples, developed and followed HPLC test methods, and used GC-MS and ChemStation software to identify and quantify fatty acids in human blood plasma samples. Finally, they were a Business Proposals - Project Coordinator at GTECH from 2013-2014.

Nupur D. attended Rice University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Biology/Biological Sciences, General. Nupur then attended Brown University from 2013 to 2015, where they earned a Master's degree in Biotechnology. In addition to their formal education, Nupur has obtained several certifications, including an edX Verified Certificate for The Science and Business of Biotechnology (2021), a HMX Fundamentals Imunology Certificate of Achievement (2019), and a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) (2020).
