Bethany Ghassemi

As general counsel, Bethany Ghassemi oversees HumanGood’s legal operations and is accountable for enterprise risk management, governance and advocacy. Ghassemi previously served as the associate general counsel for HumanGood and the staff attorney for ABHOW. Before joining ABHOW, she spent seven years in private practice at the law firms Jones Day and Hawkins Delafield & Wood, where she provided clients, including ABHOW and be.group, with healthcare finance advice. Ghassemi is a member of the California Bar Association and the American Health Lawyers Association. She participates in the General Counsel Group of LeadingAge. Ghassemi graduated from Princeton University and UCLA Law School.
