Enid Patterson Wade

Enid Patterson Wade is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in healthcare law. Currently serving as the Chief Legal Officer at Denver Health since May 2021, Enid has previously held significant roles including General Counsel for Health System Operations and Vice President of Legal Counsel at Baylor Scott & White Health from September 2014 to May 2021. Enid also served as Vice President and Director of Risk Management at Scott & White Healthcare between January 2010 and August 2014, and was a Partner at Naman, Howell, Smith & Lee, PLLC from May 1995 to May 2010. Enid holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Duke University and a Juris Doctorate from The University of Texas School of Law.
