Steve Burres

Steve Burres serves as General Counsel at Rotech Healthcare since January 2014, where leadership of the legal department involves representing over 4,250 employees nationwide and acting as Corporate Secretary while liaising with the Board of Directors. Prior to this role, Burres worked as an Associate at Rissman, Barrett, Hurt, Donahue & McLain, P.A. from June 2011 to January 2014, engaging in all levels of trial work, including case intake, discovery, depositions, and trial. Burres holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Political Science and Government & History from the University of Florida.
