Joanna Stolarczyk

Joanna Stolarczyk is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in various roles within the human resources field. Currently serving as Head of Recruitment at Be | Shaping the Future Poland since March 2022, Joanna previously worked at Accenture Poland from July 2015 to February 2022 in multiple capacities, including Staffing Coordinator and Senior IT Recruiter & Team Lead. Earlier experience includes a position as Project Coordinator at La Federación de Entidades por el Codesarrollo y la Cooperación Internacional and an internship at Asociación Por Ti Mujer. Joanna Stolarczyk holds a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Valencia and the University of Warsaw.
