Megan Vixie, MPA, CVA, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in human resources and community engagement. Currently serving as the Owner, Coach, and Consultant at Arrive Circa Now since July 2023, Megan focuses on helping leaders tackle complex challenges by identifying root causes and fostering innovative solutions. As Chief Engagement Officer at Beach Cities Health District since 2005, responsibilities include overseeing human resources and strategic planning to enhance organizational effectiveness. Previous roles at Beach Cities include Director of Human Resources and Sr. Manager, Talent & Engagement, where Megan led significant initiatives that improved operational efficiency and increased volunteer engagement. Earlier experience includes serving as Volunteer Development Specialist at Orange County AmeriCorps Alliance and Customer Service & Ticket Sales Supervisor at Los Angeles Dodgers. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California and a BA in Theatre from Loyola Marymount University.
