Simon Hasler

Simon Hasler is an accomplished commercial manager with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Commercial Manager for Eastern Australia at Beach Energy Ltd since July 2021. Previously, Hasler held multiple leadership roles at Santos Ltd, including General Manager of Economics & External Markets, General Manager of Domestic Gas Business, and various other positions focused on gas marketing and commercialisation across the Asia Pacific region. Hasler's expertise encompasses business development, negotiation of complex commercial agreements, stakeholder engagement, and economic modelling within gas and electricity markets. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Economics from Flinders University, a Diploma of Applied Investment and Finance from the Securities Institute of Australia, CPA certification, and an MBA from the University of South Australia & College of London.
