Zandra L. O’Keefe

Zandra is the Director of Professional Services at BeachFleischman PC where she provides tax services including planning and compliance for closely-held businesses and their owners, as well as buy-sell and merger transaction consulting services to a diverse group of closely-held businesses, their owners, and high net worth individuals.

Zandra has developed her expertise in providing services to professional service businesses including medical practices, law firms, and architectural firms. In addition to serving clients, she is a volunteer executive board member of Southwest Human Development and an advisor to the Hertel Report.

She is a member of the Professional Services Tax and Healthcare segment teams at BeachFleischman. Zandra has a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. She has worked in public accounting since 1992 and is a licensed CPA in Arizona.
