Sophia LaForce

Sophia LaForce began their career in 1997 as an Analyst at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting). In 1999, they moved to Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois as a Senior Programmer Analyst. In 2001, they joined Project Leadership Associates (formerly Nexus Consulting Group) as a Managing Consultant. In 2007, they began working at Facet Integrated Knowledge Solutions as an IBM Cognos BI Consultant, providing Custom BI Solutions using IBM Cognos to clients such as Gallagher Bassett and Baxter International. In 2010, they took a Cognos Consultant role at Cengage Learning. Finally, in 2015, they joined Beacon Consulting Group, Inc as a Senior Business Intelligence Consultant, providing custom BI solutions using Microsoft and IBM Cognos technologies to clients such as AJG Gallagher, Gallagher Bassett, Lasalle Solutions, and Crown Brands.

Sophia LaForce graduated from Bradley University in 1997 with a Bachelor in Liberal Arts and Sciences.
