Carlos Souza

Carlos Souza is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in logistics, entrepreneurship, and investment. As co-founder and COO of LogComex since January 2016, Carlos has demonstrated expertise in operational management. Additional roles include membership at Beacon Founders, becoming an Endeavor Entrepreneur, and serving as a partner at Escala Capital de Risco. Carlos has held leadership positions, including board member and director at Grupo Pinho, and has experience as a project manager at Pinho International Logistics and quality assurance at Nissan do Brasil. Education includes multiple MBAs from FGV in Project Management and International Business, as well as advanced courses from Harvard Business School and MIT Sloan. Carlos also has a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Federal do Paraná.
