Adeola Adekoyejo began their career in 2016 as an Intern at the Information Technology and Communication Unit in Ile-Ife. In 2018, they joined Upperlink Limited as a Software Developer, Frontend, where they participated as an active developer and code reviewer and managed production deployments. In 2019, they became a Software Developer, Frontend at ITEX Integrated Services Ltd., where they redesigned the admin and supplier dashboards for the platform, added new features to increase sales, fixed bugs, and tested components of the application. In 2020, Adeola joined Softcom Limited as a Frontend Engineer, where they built Eyowo-Retail, an application used by merchants and business customers. Finally, in 2022, Adeola became a Software Engineer at Beacon, where they led the frontend engineer community on security vulnerabilities and accessibility, built well-tested reusable components, was part of the on-call rotation team, implemented configuration and CI/CD automation in the frontend repositories, increased test coverage of the application by 90%, and organized internal learning meetings.

Adeola Adekoyejo obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University in 2018. In January 2019, Adeola Adekoyejo also obtained a certification in Google Digital Skills for Africa from Google.
