Jon Or

Jon Or has worked in a variety of roles in the past decade. In 2010, they began their career as a Summer Intern at AIA. The following year, they interned at HABITU. In 2012, they worked as a Summer Analyst at Options Group. In 2013, they were a Summer Consultant at CGN Global. In 2014, they began a Worldwide Operations Rotation Program at SanDisk, where they worked as an Industrial and Operations Engineer. In 2016, Jon started working at Amazon as a Senior Program Manager for Amazon Transportation Services. In this role, they launched and drove product adoption Amazon's internal yard management technology products to 80+ facilities and 200+ third-party transportation providers across Europe. Jon also developed the business case and implementation plan to insource part of their yard operations across Europe. In 2019, Jon moved to Beacon, where they have held the roles of Head of Customer Experience, Head of Supply & Capacity, and Manager of Supply & Capacity.

Jon began their education in 1994 at Yew Chung International School. Jon then attended Berkshire School from 2006 to 2009, graduating with a High School degree. After that, Jon attended the University of Michigan from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a B.S.E. in Industrial and Operations Engineering, with a minor in Mathematics. Jon continued their education at the University of Michigan, graduating in 2014 with a M.S.E. in Industrial and Operations Engineering.
