Nicholas Xavier has worked in the software development industry for over 10 years. Nicholas began their career in 2011 as a Scrum Master at HP, where they led daily scrums and scrum of scrums and worked to improve the existing product suite. In 2014, they moved to The Clorox Company as a Project Manager Scrum Master, where they implemented product feature improvements and introduced tools and processes to successfully use Agile software development practices. Most recently, in 2021, Nicholas joined Beacon as a Scrum Master. In this role, they oversaw 5 successful consecutive release cycles, increased content by 25%, decreased bugs by 30%, and assured 100% functionality with each cycle. Nicholas also implemented a monthly release schedule that increased the number of work items released by 30%, and led and coached Product Owners to improve story writing, feature discovery, and requirements gathering process which led to an increase in customer satisfaction and a decrease in time-to-delivery by 20%.

Nicholas Xavier has a Master of Science in Operations Management and Supervision from the University of Arkansas and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, General from Southern Arkansas University. Nicholas is also certified as a Scrum Master by the Scrum Alliance.
