Chelsea Libera

Chelsea Libera serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Beacon Global Strategies since June 2025. Prior to this role, Chelsea held several positions at Excella, including Director of Human Resources, Human Resources Manager, and Senior HR Specialist from March 2016 to July 2025. Earlier experience includes working as an HR Generalist in Human Capital Management at OST, Inc. from November 2012 to March 2016, Federal Enterprise Recruiter at Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann Company in 2011-2012, and an internship at The Lee Group from October 2010 to June 2011. Chelsea's professional journey began at Acacia Federal Savings Bank in mortgage loan operations from June 2010 to October 2010. Chelsea earned a Bachelor Degree in Communication Studies from Christopher Newport University, graduating in 2011, and holds an Advanced Diploma from Centreville High School.
