Natalie MacLean Leino

Natalie MacLean Leino is General Counsel of Beacon Health Options, where she leads Beacon’s legal department and serves as a trusted advisor to the leadership team. She brings to the role deep knowledge of healthcare law and general corporate law.

Prior to joining Beacon, Natalie served as Senior Associate General Counsel of Point32Health, the combined organization of Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Tufts Health Plan, and was also counsel and clerk of the Point32Health Foundation. Before joining Tufts Health Plan as in-house counsel, she was an associate at the law firm of Covington & Burling LLP in New York, NY and Washington, DC. Natalie began her legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable Thomas P. Griesa of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Natalie received her bachelor of arts in government from Harvard College and her juris doctorate from Columbia Law School.
