Ethan Lee

Ethan Lee is a senior division director at Beacon Hill Staffing Group. Ethan has also worked with Ascent Services Group from July 2017 to October 2018 as an account executive. Ethan's primary responsibilities include building out a Denver market from scratch while maintaining a national account book of business through high level client relationship development.

Lee has had a direct impact on the development and documentation of a direct business sales process. Ethan also mentors Jr. Account Managers in sales techniques including cold calling, driving meetings, taking business requirements, and managing recruiting KPIs. In addition, they partner with Vendor Management Organizations, corporate Talent Acquisition and Recruiting to provide direct hire resources.

Ethan has taken ownership, administration, and management of Vendor Management Systems (i.e. Fieldglass, Taleo, IQ Navigator, iCIMS, Beeline, Workday, OracleEBS). This includes streamlining candidates, resumes, interviews, background investigations, and back office on-boarding compliance.

Ethan Lee attended Franklin High School and then went on to study psychology at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Ethan earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) in psychology from UMass Amherst.
