Jason Berglund

Jason Berglund is the current Division Director at Beacon Hill Staffing Group. Jason has over 15 years of experience in the staffing industry, with a focus on Information Technology and Finance & Accounting. Jason has a proven track record of success in executive search, business development, and team management.

Jason started their staffing career in 2004 as an Executive Recruiter with Ajilon/Adecco. Jason quickly rose through the ranks and was promoted to Director of Executive Search with Kforce in 2007. In this role, Jason was responsible for the overall operations of the Information Technology and Finance & Accounting Executive Search Teams. This included hiring, training/mentoring, profitability and assisting in brand management and business development.

In 2009, Jason left Kforce to join Beacon Hill Staffing Group as a Division Director. In this role, they are responsible for the overall management and growth of the division. Under their leadership, the division has experienced significant growth and profitability. Jason is a strategic thinker and effective leader who motivates their team to achieve success.

Jason Berglund has a MBA and a BA in Human Resource Management from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business.

Jason Berglund reports to Jeff McLaren, Managing Director and EVP, Executive Committee Member. They work with Samantha Scott - Division Manager, Karina Rigano - Division Director, and Mike Epps - Senior Recruiting Manager.
