Katie Hackney is the Regional Director at Beacon Hill Staffing Group. Katie has previous experience working in human resources and has a background in athletics.
Hackney started their professional career as an intern with Air Liquide in 2011. There, they helped developed a talent management strategy for the overall organization. Katie also analyzed and provided recommendations on the impact of the aging workforce. In addition, Hackney facilitated focus groups dealing with health and wellness awareness in the different entities.
Hackney then became a Graduate Assistant at Purdue University in 2012. There, they were responsible for student-athlete outreach for the John Purdue Club.
Hackney’s experience as an athlete began in 2008 when they became a pitcher for the Purdue Boilermaker softball team. As a student-athlete, they maintained a 3.9 GPA.
Katie Hackney has a Master of Science in Technology Leadership and Innovation from Purdue University. Katie also has a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and Supervision with a concentration in Business and Human Resources from Purdue University.
They are on a team with Ava Wiseman - Division Director, Lindsay Kaplan - Senior Regional Vice President, and Patricia Geibel - Senior Manager of Business Development. Katie Hackney reports to Jeff McLaren, Managing Director and EVP, Executive Committee Member.
