Kyle Adams

Kyle Adams is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in IT and Engineering recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Staffing Consultant at Beacon Hill since April 2024, Kyle previously held notable positions at Eliassen Group as Lead Recruiter and Team Lead from November 2018 to November 2023, and as a Technical Recruiter. Prior experience includes a role as Recruiting Manager at Volt Workforce Solutions from September 2015 to October 2018, overseeing recruitment efforts in the Southeast United States, as well as serving as a Senior Recruiter for IBM’s RPO team for SITA. Earlier in the career, Kyle was a Team Lead at Volt Workforce Solutions, where leadership was provided to recruiters and sourcing specialists, and started as a Technical Recruiter. Kyle holds a Master's degree in Sport Management from North Carolina State University and a degree in Business Management with a focus on Marketing from NC State Poole College of Management.
