Laura Lashbrook Colby

Laura Lashbrook Colby is the Senior Division Director at Beacon Hill Staffing Group. Laura has over 17 years of experience in the staffing industry and has placed temporary and permanent administrative support staff, HR and IT professionals in various industries including financial services, banking, consulting, corporate real estate, executive search, media, publishing and fashion.

Laura began their career in the staffing industry in 2002 as a Financial Aid Coordinator at MGH Institute of Health Professions. In 2003, they joined Clarity LLC as an Account Manager/Recruiter. Laura was with Clarity for seven years before joining Beacon Hill Staffing Group in 2010.

At Beacon Hill, Laura has held various positions including Division Director and Senior Division Director. In their current role, Laura is responsible for leading a team of recruiters who place candidates in administrative, accounting, legal and other office support roles. Laura is a highly respected leader in the staffing industry and has helped countless professionals find fulfilling careers.

Laura Lashbrook Colby received their BS in Child and Family Studies from Syracuse University and their Montclair High School.

They are on a team with Samantha Abdulla - Practice Director, Lorri Zelman - Division Director, and Shawna Bestreich - Regional Director. Their manager is Charlie Cain, Managing Director and EVP, Executive Committee Member.
