Mary Grimm

Mary Grimm is the Senior Recruiting Manager at Beacon Hill Staffing Group. Mary has over ten years of experience in the recruiting and human resources field.

Mary started their career as an Auxiliar de Conversación in the Ministerio de Educación in Spain. Mary developed and expanded three Bilingual English Programs in Spanish High Schools by establishing "English only" environments in all subjects. Mary created cultural presentations, games, and activities to stimulate conversation and improvement.

In 2012, Mary moved to the United States and began working as a Recruiting Associate for Glocap Search. In this role, they were responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for open positions. In 2013, they were promoted to Senior Recruiting Manager.

In their current role, Mary is responsible for managing the full cycle recruiting process for Beacon Hill Staffing Group. Mary works with clients to identify their staffing needs and sources, screens, and interviews candidates for open positions. Mary is also responsible for onboarding new hires and ensuring they are oriented to their new roles.

Mary Grimm has a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Spanish from Ohio Wesleyan University, and a degree in Spanish Language and Literature from Universidad de Salamanca.

They are on a team with Samantha Abdulla - Practice Director, Kristen Freeman Johnson - Regional Director, and Kate Harris - Senior Division Director. Mary Grimm reports to Charlie Cain, Managing Director and EVP, Executive Committee Member.
