Alice Chong has extensive nursing leadership experience, currently serving as the Director of Nursing Development at Beacon Hospital since August 2014, with previous roles including Director of Nursing 2, Assistant Director of Nursing, and Senior Nurse Manager. Prior to this, Alice worked at Sunway Medical Centre from July 2000 to August 2014 as a Nurse Manager. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Monash University, Malaysia (2006-2008) and a Diploma in Nursing from Tun Tan Cheng Lock College of Nursing (1997-2000).
