David Morosky

David Morosky joined the Beacon Mobility team as the Senior Vice President of Operations for the New York region in December 2021.

Prior to assuming this role, David served as the Territory Vice President for Schindler Elevator Corporation. There he led all Business Operations and Financial Management for the business sectors of Service, Maintenance & Repair, New Construction, and Modernization of vertical transportation assets within the company’s Mid-Atlantic region (Washington D.C., Baltimore, and Richmond, VA). David led similar business lines in the Long Island / NYC Outer-borough markets for Schindler Elevator, tripling the growth of the business’ operating revenues and EBITDA performance during his tenure.

Early in his career, he previously served as the primary liaison between Schindler Elevator and Tishman Speyer for the service management of vertical transportation in Rockefeller Center and its Observation Deck, The Hearst Building and The Chrysler Building, to name a few.

David will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer, Wesley Richters, and the entire Beacon Mobility Operations team to bring alignment with the company’s values, implement technological advancements and encourage operational efficiencies across the legacy businesses without sacrificing best practices in safety.
