Margret Davis

Margret joined Beacon Mobility as the VP Fleet Management in April 2022. She brings over 23 years of fleet management, leadership, and operational experience spanning across diverse industries including distribution, communications, and utility.

Prior to joining Beacon, Margret was the Director of Fleet and Compliance at Centuri Group, Inc. where she was responsible for DOT/FMCSA compliance for multiple businesses throughout the enterprise, management of all national fleet programs, key stakeholder in various acquisitions, diligence and integrations, and most recently completed the implementation and roll out of a new telematics platform to ~10,000 assets across the US in ~6 months. Margret also led the inaugural DEI employee resource group, WELD (Women Engaged in Leadership Development), where she was able to create a community for employees (male and females) to discuss challenges of a diverse workforce in the construction industry, share ideas and feedback, engage with others throughout the enterprise, and offer professional and personal development.
