Dana Bamvakais

Dana Bamvakais has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Dana began their career at Cintas Corporation in 1999 as a Market Human Resources Manager, where they worked until 2007. Dana then joined Beacon Roofing Supply, Inc., initially as a Regional Human Resources Director from 2007 to 2012, overseeing 12 regional companies. Dana then served as the Director of Human Resources for the Western Division from 2012 to 2017, managing over 360 locations and more than 4,000 employees. From 2017 to 2019, Dana worked as the Director of Human Resources for Adjacent Businesses/Mergers & Acquisitions, responsible for overseeing these specific functions within the company. Dana was then promoted to Vice President of Human Resources at Beacon Building Products, where they held the role until November 2022. Dana's most recent role at Beacon Building Products was as Vice President of Human Resources Corporate M&A, where they were responsible for leading the human resources function in corporate mergers and acquisitions.

Dana Bamvakais holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of Central Missouri. In addition, Dana has a certification in SPHR (SHRM) from the Society of Human Resources Management.
