Ermal Shehu

Ermal Shehu has extensive experience in strategic pricing, finance, and procurement. Ermal served as the Vice President of Strategic Pricing at Beacon Building Products, where they developed and executed business strategies to enhance customer profitability. Ermal also worked as the Head of North America Packaging (Finance & Procurement) at Refresco, responsible for driving sourcing activities and global procurement operations. Additionally, they held various positions at Sears Holdings Corporation, including Director of Pricing & Cost Architecture and Senior Manager in FP&A and Commercial Finance. Ermal's expertise also extends to academia, where they worked as an Adjunct Professor in International Business & Finance at Roosevelt University. Currently, they are a Member and Investor at K Street Capital, an angel network in the Greater-DC region.

Ermal Shehu has a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Roosevelt University. Ermal also holds a BA in International Business and International Affairs from Dominican University. Additionally, they have a BA from the University of Tirana. Ermal received their Executive MBA in Finance and Strategy from Northern Illinois University. Ermal furthered their education with an Executive Education in Leading with Finance from Harvard Business School.
