Katy Rebernak has extensive work experience in various roles related to strategy, marketing, and operations. Katy currently holds the position of Director of eCommerce Strategy and Business Operations at Beacon Building Products. Prior to this, they worked at Lowe's Companies Inc. as part of their Enterprise Strategy and Online Strategy teams. In their role at Michelin, they served as the Manager of Retail Strategy and Planning, where they focused on omnichannel marketing and eCommerce. Before that, they were an Internal Consultant as part of Michelin's Global Leadership Program, where they worked on various projects including mergers and acquisitions integration, consumer marketing, and change management. Rebernak also has experience at Advantage Solutions, ALCO Stores Inc., Kohl's, and eProximiti, where they held roles related to trade promotions, marketing analytics, category management, merchandise planning, and eCommerce.
Katy Rebernak holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from the Texas McCombs School of Business. Katy also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. In addition, they have earned several certifications, including Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from Scrum Alliance, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) from Prosci, and Certified Marketing Professional from the Association of National Advertisers.
