Kizzie Hoyte has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Kizzie began their career as a Secretary and Website Coordinator at the Barbados 4-H Foundation, where they reported directly to the CEO and was responsible for scheduling appointments, taking minutes at meetings, and coordinating special events. Kizzie then worked as a Receptionist at Bayview Hospital, where they answered calls, entered patient information into an accounting system, and assisted in preparing patient bills.

Hoyte then transitioned into administrative roles, working as an Office Clerk at Office Team, where they handled general office assignments such as filing, mailing projects, and data entry. Kizzie later joined Youth Consultation Service, initially as an HR Assistant, where they assisted in designing new employee hire packages, ensured compliance with state standards, and scheduled new hires for orientation. Hoyte then became an HRIS Analyst and Supervisor at the same company, where they entered data changes in the HRIS system and managed software improvements to enhance system functionality.

Most recently, Hoyte worked as an HRIS Analyst and later as a Team lead - HRIS at Beacon Building Products. In their roles, they implemented various HRIS initiatives such as compensation management and electronic onboarding, served as a technical point of contact between HR and IT, and negotiated pricing and managed billing to ensure adherence to budget.

Overall, Hoyte has demonstrated strong administrative and HRIS skills throughout their career, effectively managing data systems and processes to support HR functions.

Kizzie Hoyte earned a Bachelor's degree in Operations and Information Management from Kean University from 2008 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed high school at Ellerslie Secondary School in Barbados from 1992 to 1998, where they pursued CXC's. Additionally, Kizzie has pursued further studies in Operation Information Management and Environmental Studies at both Kean University and Ellerslie Secondary School.
