Paula Mendieta

Paula Mendieta has several years of experience in compensation and benefits roles. Paula is currently working as the Director of Compensation at Beacon Building Products since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at CoStar Group as a Senior Manager of Compensation from September 2019 to September 2021. Before that, Paula was the Manager of Compensation and Benefits at OneWeb from April 2018 to September 2019. Paula also worked as an HR & Compensation Consultant at Discovery Communications from August 2015 to March 2018. Paula has experience as a Senior Compensation Analyst at the American Chemical Society from 2012 to July 2015. Paula also worked as a Compensation & Benefits Officer at The World Bank from 2005 to 2009 and as a Compensation Officer at the Inter American Development Bank from 2002 to 2005.

Paula Mendieta holds a Master's degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Management, which they obtained from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School in the years 2009 to 2012. In addition, they have a Licenciatura degree in Psicologia from Universidad Kennedy, and another Licenciada degree in Relaciones Industriales from UADE, with specializations in Psychology and Human Resources respectively.
