Kevin Xu

Kevin Xu is a finance professional with extensive experience in development and strategic finance, currently serving as Vice President of Development and Strategic Finance at Beacon Specialized Living since September 2024. Prior to this role, Kevin held the position of Private Equity Associate at The Vistria Group from August 2021 to August 2024 and worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Raymond James from June 2019 to June 2021. Kevin began the career as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Vanderbilt University from January 2018 to May 2019, and gained early experience as a Private Equity Summer Analyst at Blackford Capital in the summer of 2018. Kevin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Computer Science, and Financial Economics from Vanderbilt University, where studies were completed from 2015 to 2019, following education at State College Area High School from 2011 to 2015.
