Kimberly Knickerbocker

Kimberly Knickerbocker serves as the National Vice President of Clinical Operations at Beacon Specialized Living since May 2021, overseeing clinical activities across Michigan and managing a comprehensive team of social workers, behavior analysts, and clinicians. With a robust background in mental health services, Kimberly has implemented best practices for case management, therapy, and crisis intervention while collaborating with state agencies and community organizations. Previous roles include Therapist at The Traini Counseling Group and Clinical Supervisor at Lapeer County Community Mental Health, where responsibilities encompassed documentation compliance, crisis intervention, and the administration of evidence-based practices. Kimberly holds a Master of Social Work from Michigan State University and additional qualifications from the University of Michigan-Flint.
