Ryan Hinton

Ryan Hinton, SPHR, currently serves as the National Vice-President of Human Resources at Beacon Specialized Living, overseeing the HR function for nearly 3,700 employees across the United States. Prior to this role, Ryan held various leadership positions, including Global Director of Human Resources at SPX Technologies and Executive Director of Human Resources at Numotion. Ryan has a background in human resources management with significant experience in sectors such as manufacturing and health services, having also served as Vice President of Human Resources at A. O. Smith Corporation and Human Resources Director at Shell Oil Company. Ryan began a career in human resources at Cooper Industries and started as a college intern at Caterpillar Inc. Ryan earned a B.S. in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University.
