Brinley Smith

Brinley joined Beaird Harris in July 2022 as a HR Generalist after returning back to the Dallas area after college and working in Oklahoma. She brings HR knowledge from her education and past experiences at a non-profit, large corporation with both business professionals and operations employees, and a small start up company.

Brinley graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Human Resource Management from Oklahoma State University. Prior to joining Beaird Harris, Brinley worked for Ditch Witch under The Toro Company in Perry, OK, as an HR Assistant then Associate HR Manger for close to 800 employees.
